It just started raining as I'm writing this and something tells me it'll be a dead day. Well haha went to Macritchie early in the morning to join the cross country guys for training and at that time the sun was this brilliant red orb in the sky.
So began my 8km run soon after. It was really hell. I mean, haha it's more or less my first time running 8km for training so I almost couldn't hold on. And just ran and ran and finally finished in 38 minutes and realised my arch was hurting like mad and also noted that the tendon+ligament injury probably acted up again. Blah.
