Haha today was bomb. There was some bottleneck at CTE-Braddell exit along the expressway so the bus was left in a screwed position apparently and we all got worried. But thankfully that didn't amount to much trouble haha.
Then after school we were filming abit for The Arena!
Haha they made us do cheers and stuff and carry the debaters and pop them up and down as they filmed away. Probably would be shown during the semi-finals which is about a month away. Oh by the way RI won HCI in the quarters! See, our loss was a total fluke la!
Well and once again after many many months I finally handled the flags. It was really fun especially with some killer winds blowing past the block foyer and it drove the flags crazy so we had a bit of fun trying to swipe flags here and there and at each other.
Been wondering sometimes about how cynical students can be in the face of school events. It's quite horrible to say that a lot are just plain uninterested and mainly disbelieving in the things we do, well yes different focus placed on different things in life I guess, but this isn't the way things work la. There will be a clash of priorities amongst everyone in here but let there not be a clash of people and their pride. Whatever it takes to drive an army, let that spirit lie deep within all of us and perhaps so many things can be made possible.
The cynicism is always there yes but I don't know, it's horribly out of place and unwelcome here.
But haha never mind we will always press on! Coffee's been sustaining me I'd better drop it slowly haha.
