Haha yesterday I went to watch One Last Dance late at night and returned home around late eleven wondering what to do with my chinese homework but eventually I cleared it in the end.
Haha it's my very first official NC16 movie! Which I got in officially but realized the guys didn't even ask for my IC haha. It's a really thought-provoking movie laden with loads of crude language but aside that it's really deep. Eventually I was lost within the hidden details and the questions posed by the different people within the movie. A nice watch, if you're finally OF AGE ha ha.
Really useful movie which tackles many little parts of life that are yet to be questioned. Haha some fun points I shall post here:
- Two identical pieces of scotch tape torn from a roll can have entirely different purposes. On one hand it can be used to stick two torn pieces of paper together, and on the other hand, it can be used to take a life when you use it to cover that single hole where a person is breathing from, when he's covered all over by wrapping foil.
- The worst thing for Man isn't his death, it's his weaknesses.
- A person wants to commit suicide and hence ties a noose to a ceiling and hangs himself on it. The rope broke off from the ceiling, failing his suicide attempt but however he broke his neck when he fell and hit the floor and hence he died. He wouldn't have died if he didn't want to commit suicide in the first place. What kind of death would it be counted as?
- A boss employs a hitman and he provides his hitman with targets to kill by writing the target's name on a piece of paper, putting it into a red packet and then giving the hitman the packet. The hitman then tracks the target down and kills him by shooting. Who is the killer, the boss who write the names, or the hitman who pulls the trigger?
Haha totally fun. Today was also the opening of the new canteen! The old stores are back, the nice chicken rice, the Kampung uncle who asks for millions, the same old lovely stalls that made up our junior years. And the food is much cheaper now so, GO RAFFLES!
