Haha little something I felt I really need to leave after the colourful and victorious post. Cross brought back the gold and undoubtedly the pressure's on us for track as well. Argh I say 400m nationals finals. Now or never.
I really should figure out a way how to break my speed barrier. I can't get any faster and I can't do any better for 400m and it's irritating; why, I only have about eight weeks left.
