So I did go to school in the end, survived through what must have been 6 hours of reflectreview sessions for the sec3 prefects, went for training and was unfortunately too sick to run and had to be reduced to doing strength training.
But who cares.
The event programme is up for everyone to see. And when I opened it I knew this was going to be the very last time I'm going to be checking the race times, preparing for the races, preparing myself. I know this single last time, the run of that one single round, I'm not giving in despite whatever crap flu I'm having now. I'm not giving up despite the bleakness of this whole thing.
FOUR HUNDRED METRES
means the world to me. And I'm not going to let anything or anyone stand in my way of pulling this through. Who cares la seriously whether I've been off-form or I have been doing worse than what I have been expecting of myself for the many 300m runs. I know I'm going to cut it.

and FOUR BY FOUR HUNDRED METRES
is another legacy that we are going to pull off. We are going to own each and every single step we take. We are going to own each and every single second we press onto.

Raffles trackers we are going to take this year down. I mean it. No matter how.
