Shall make a quick post before I turn in early for the night!
Today was a rather nice start to the new week, except for the fact that all the campaigners were tasked to clean up the school campus because we left it in a horrible state after campaigning - and so we scrubbed in the morning and realized we couldn't do much until after our lessons, and so we did a bit and waited for the afternoon.
Along the way I caught Boss Shanzhi's new robocop leg. It's (as tingzhang would say) very nais! BOSS GET WELL SOON AND HOPE YOU'LL WEAR OUT OF YOUR CRUTCHES QUICKLY!
After lessons ended, Tiankai and I went to bishan to get some cleaning supplies and then proceeded back to school to start scrubbing on the crazy imba stains on the campus corridor floors. Apparently the Jif scrubs and stain removers didn't work on their own, but when put together they did do some damage to those stains! And the fun thing was that as time passed, more and more campaigners joined in to help scrub - and we had a ball of a time scrubbing away at the stains and tape marks everywhere all over the place!
I know it's horrible work but in the end everyone had fun doing it! We were saying we could probably start some CCA to protect the school's environment and dedicate ourselves to cleaning up the place with thinner and Jif scrub and stain remover everyday since it was indeed quite a fun thing (I mean it haha!) But yes here we are, the warriors of the day! The girls missed out on this photo though - there was Natalie, Cheryl, Pingfang, Cherie, Huiwen and many others!
Shall look forward to tomorrow - council results and YESSS POLO FINALS! ONWARD RAFFLES!
