It's 2 days away from the start of the CTs and well, today's studying was pretty productive - probably out of the pressure anyway, but I managed to finish all my poetry and I hope to finish Othello analysis by tonight.
I guess for a lot of us, it really isn't going too well - but what truly matters is that we make the best of it and not give in to all the pseudo-futility of the situation! As long as we do our best :D
This month of june has been a really peaceful month; I owe that to all the non-stop studying. Of course your life wouldn't be eventful if all you do is to wake up at 7.30am, reach school at 8.30am, study till 6pm, and go home and try to do some work and finally sleep, and the whole cycle goes over and over again. And I'm pretty thankful for the uneventful moments - slow but awkwardly pressing pace of life during this holiday has been quite okay and I've shifted into quite a good momentum!
The people who study with me have made the whole studying frenzy really worthwhile too - thanks to all of you who have either kept silent and focussed or made a racket and cracked everyone up hahaha. These people include jiahao, tammy, penghui, yanhan, hongjie, kevin boo! and SHIYANG HAHA without you I think I'd have found this mugging frenzy a big bore. But fun and leisure aside I really did catch up on a lot of work, and now I have an even better mentality to handle the year ahead, and I'm grateful.
Yes two more days of work and the CTs will start. In 4 days they'll be over and school will go on :D Can't wait! But yes I need to finish as much as I can first. GOOD LUCK EVERYONEEE.
